Pre-Order Policy

Why should I pre-order an item?

When you place a pre-order with Nine Lives Collectibles, your item is reserved and guaranteed. Unless unforeseen circumstances arise beyond our control, such as supplier cancellations, stock shortages, or acts of God. Your pre-order will be shipped promptly once we receive the stock.

Payment Methods:

1. 30% Downpayment is required for pre-order

2. Shipping is not included in the price of products.

3. Pay before the deadline.

4. Final Payment of the 70% will be done before shipping the product.

5. Down Payment is non-refundable.

What happens if I order both in-stock and pre-order items? Will they ship as they become available?

Orders will not ship until all items in the order are in stock. If your order includes products with different release dates, it will be held until the final item becomes available. To receive items as they arrive, we recommend placing separate orders.

What is ETA?

ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival and refers to the expected date an item will arrive from the manufacturer. Please note that these dates are subject to change and are beyond our control. We do our best to receive and ship items as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

What if I want to cancel a pre-order?

How long do you ship out once the item arrives?

We ship most pre-orders as quickly as possible once they arrive in stock. Our goal is to get your items to you without delay.
