Return & Cancellation Policy
Although we try our best to ensure that every transaction goes as smoothly as possible, we acknowledge that mistakes can occasionally occur, such as when shipping couriers damage merchandise or when parts go missing.
Below, you will find our Return Policy.
All sales are final.
Items that are not damaged cannot be returned to Nine Lives Collectibles. Since the product or products we sell are difficult to secure and typically come in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns if you decide you no longer want them or if they are not in "perfect" pristine condition.
Box Condition
While we do our best to select the highest quality items, especially for collectors, there is no guarantee that the packaging will be in "perfect" condition. Boxes may have minor scratches, creases, cuts, dents, bends, or other imperfections. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements due to such cosmetic issues.
While we have no control over how shipping couriers handle packages, there is a possibility that your item may arrive with some imperfections. Some wear or damage may occur during shipping despite our careful packing. However, we take great care in packing your order securely to minimize potential damage during transit. Rest assured, all items are thoroughly inspected beforehand to ensure they are free from visible defects.

Cancellations
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. We kindly ask that you place an order (or pre-order) only when you are completely sure of your purchase, as we won’t be able to accommodate cancellations due to a change of mind.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Before placing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once the item is returned.
Product Returns
In the rare event that a product arrives with significant damage caused during shipping, we will accept a return request within THREE (3) DAYS of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
NOTE: All returns must include the original manufacturer packaging. Returns without complete original packaging will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery. We kindly ask that you handle your items with care.
How To Return Damaged Items
Contact us at ninelivescollectiblesph@gmail.com within THREE (3) DAYS of receiving your order.
Please provide the following details:
A description of the damage
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
A photo of the outer shipping box with the label clearly visible (required for filing a claim with the courier)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
After we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
